Coaching sessions can range in duration from 30 minutes to 90 minutes with a program lasting usually 12 weeks. Studies have found that it takes about 12 weeks to build new, long-lasting habits.
Sessions are held virtually over Zoom and are most often scheduled as weekly meetings.

I offer separate pricing for individual and group coaching. After an initial, no-cost consultation, programs are developed based on your priorities. Pricing is dependent upon the session and program length.
